Role: Customer Service Advisor – Part Time

Contract: Part-Time Hours / 20 hours/ Permanent

Hourly Rate: £11.75 

 

What will my role look like?

We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to join our highly skilled and well-established Cooplands bakery team!

 

This is an office based role working 20 hours per across Monday – Friday between the hours for 06.30-16.30, you will also be required to work 1 or 2 in 4 Saturdays (Rota based, depending on team requirements) between the hours of 06.30-11.30. This role will be located at either our Scarborough or Durham Bakery for the right candidate.

 

This is a fast-paced role where you will be the first point of contact for customers and internal team enquiries, it requires high organization and relationship building skills.  We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, if you are a strong communicator who loves speaking with different people to provide a service this role could be perfect for you!

 

Role Duties:

  • First point of contact for external customer and retail team queries and support
  • Liaise with & provide support to the shop, transport and bakery teams, responding to operational queries efficiently and effectively
  • Responding to external customers and the retail team enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Ownership of external customer queries, feedback, and complaints, escalating when necessary
  • Providing accurate and timely information to the retail team, ensuring the appropriate level of detail and insight
  • Working as part of a strong team to deliver results to variety of customers
  • Developing good working relationships with Retail teams and key stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong customer-facing telephone and call handling skills
  • Confident working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable, with the ability to work around changing business needs
