Hours: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: £27,000 - £36,575 - Dependent on experience & Bonus Scheme

About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join our Transaction Shared Service centre at EG Group! In this role, you will be responsible for the end to end Order to Cash process, providing essential support to the finance department on our business’ journey of continuous improvement and growth. You will also utilise your skills in leadership to manage a team of AR Specialists and develop as well as ensure they complete all processes to timelines.

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage, train & develop a team of AR Specialists
- Oversee & distribute workload to meet SLAs and KPIs
- Monitor end-to-end processes, investigate and resolve any issues
- Management of daily, weekly and monthly reporting for areas of responsibility
- Monthly reconciliations of sales, cash, card and other GLs (as relevant to role)
- Identify ways to improve processes
- Escalation and resolution of issues in a timely and appropriate manner
- General administration and other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Provide support to customers
- Communicate and liaise with customers to resolve any escalated queries
- Collaborte and business partner with other departments as and when needed
- Liaise with the broader finance team and Team Leaders to provide regular updates on daily/weekly and Monthly activities
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within an accounts role - Preferably at Team Leader level
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Highly organised and efficient
- Great communicator
