About the Role:
EG Group is looking for an OTC Reporting Specialist to join our Transactional Shared Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing and delivering high-quality reporting that supports the performance of our Order to Cash function. Working closely with Finance and operational stakeholders, you will provide meaningful insights through reports and dashboards, helping to drive informed decision-making, improve processes, and support the continued growth of the business.

What you’ll be doing:
- Produce accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports and trackers to support the performance of the Order to Cash function.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, providing meaningful insights, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
- Analyse key Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardise, and enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Validate data accuracy across multiple systems, investigating and resolving reporting discrepancies where required.
- Support month-end reporting activities, audits, and the delivery of reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the design, testing, and implementation of new reporting solutions, dashboards, and system enhancements.
- Build strong relationships across Finance and the wider business to ensure reporting requirements are understood and effectively delivered.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a reporting, data analysis, finance, or Accounts Receivable role, ideally within an Order to Cash environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup functions, and data analysis.
- Experience producing reports, dashboards, and performance analytics, with exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools being advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good understanding of Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash processes and key performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, collaborative, and continuous improvement mindset.
