- Training and upskilling the team on alarm triage, wetstock principles, and tooling
- Helping define, document, and continuously improve alarm handling processes and escalation criteria
- Acting as a contact for wetstock queries from site operations, retail, and other internal functions
- Identifying recurring alarm trends and driving root-cause fixes
- Representing the wetstock team in cross-functional meetings and discussions
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in a wetstock management, fuel retail operations, or similar technical analyst role
- Strong working knowledge of fuel monitoring systems and alarm types (ATG, SIR, CSLD, leak detection)
- Some experience training, coaching, or mentoring colleagues
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence managing stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
- Strong analytical mindset with a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable documenting and improving processes
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Opportunity to shape processes and mentor a growing offshore team
- A varied role combining technical depth with stakeholder-facing work
