About the Role…
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Insurance Manager to join our Operations function at EG Group.
In this role, your responsibility will be to ensure the company is appropriately insured, managing claims with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
Working alongside our operational teams globally, the role involves helping to provide a clear view of our insurance risk, while maintaining strong relationships with our brokers and insurers. As the main point of contact for claims and queries, it will be your task to ensure the insurance policy administration is kept up to date and accurate, while providing excellent service to our external partners and colleagues.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the Group’s insurance programs, including supporting the executive team with policy renewals, tenders, and new policy implementations
- Work with Brokers and the business to gather & review renewal information for corporate insurance arrangements
- Maintain accurate management information for insurance policy management purposes
- Manage the insurance claims process, including the review and collation of necessary case documents
- Manage data and reporting, providing a single view of potential and current claims, and tracking claims liability
- Respond and coordinate with third parties, such as brokers and insurers, to improve risk management
- Resolve insurance queries from internal departments and third parties and handling any insurance matters relating to the business as required
- Create practices and procedures that ensure risks are managed effectively from an insurance viewpoint
- Keep procedures up-to-date and ensure appropriate people are aware and able to follow the procedures as appropriate
- Assist the finance department with billing queries relating to the Group’s insurance programs

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance management
- Experience managing relationships with brokers, insurers & lawyers - Desirable
- Demonstrate an organised and logical approach to work
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence at all levels within the business
